Job Description

1. Must have mechanical aptitude, math skills, aware of usage of RPM, Amps meter, and multimeter.
2. Must be able to operate and perform minor maintenance on all machines in the department, identify defective material, and correct the faulty operations that produce the defective parts.
3. Know wiring, block, pictorial diagrams and understanding heaters.
4. Must have the ability to read, interpret, and implement all applicable procedures (i.e., Resin Mixing and Statement of Work Instructions).
5. Must have basic computer skills, excellent time keeping and attendance record.
6. Must be familiar with all plant policies and procedures (i.e., quality, safety, human resources, etc.).
