General Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned repairs within standard time or less, demonstrating efficiency and precision.
• Proactively anticipate potential future failures and provide comprehensive additional job reports, including correct part numbers.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols while performing service/repairs, following standard job flow procedures meticulously.
• Conduct required repairs according to the manufacturer's standards, ensuring correct resolution in a First-Time Fix (FRFT) manner.
• Utilize relevant check sheets and log sheets during diagnosing and repair processes, adhering strictly to procedures.

Required Skills for Success:

• Profound mechanical/electrical knowledge, complemented by familiarity with workshop equipment and tools.
• Ability to interpret and analyze drawings and schematics, reference service manuals, and comprehend mechanical installation-related information.
• Basic PC skills and proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong commitment to maintaining established standards of customer service and satisfaction.
