Finance Technician

As a Finance Agent, you will be responsible for increasing our Finance and Insurance Penetration and the number of Finance partners and Insurance Brokerage. You will act between the company and clients to achieve Auto Finance and Insurance targets. You must possess strong communication and negotiation abilities to increase closing ratio.

In this role, you will:

1. Be target oriented and strong closer.
2. Ensure communicating with all our clients and completing their finance and insurance.
3. Responsible for updating the CRM in 100% real time.
4. Work closely with our banks, insurance brokers and transfer team to ensure success of vehicle transfer.
5. Identify and understand our client's objections and offer solutions.
6. Assist with clients queries and questions via phone, email or during the viewings.
7. Understand the motors market and its various audiences.
8. Increase partnerships with Banks and Insurance Brokerage.
9. Promote different rates which satisfy the buyer's needs.
10. Understand the customers' needs very well before offering the product.
11. Build rapport and strong relationship with our clients (Sellers and buyers).
12. Prepare daily reports for Finance and Insurance updates. Number of deals closed. Pipeline.
13. Responsible for selling all existing and newly value added services.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
2. Minimum of 2 years' of experience as a Finance Agent in UAE (Preferably in Banks).
3. Experience in using CRM software/Apps (Preferred Salesforce).
4. Valid UAE driver's licence and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients.
5. Well-versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
6. Strong with follow-ups and closing skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
8. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively & efficiently.
9. Target-oriented.
10. Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude.
11. Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success.
12. Have a passion for helping others.
