Housekeeping Attendant
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant you will take ownership of guest rooms ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean comfortable space and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

Responsibilities:

To provide hotel guests with clean tidy and comfortable rooms and safe & hygiene staying environment.

1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Wear proper PPE before starting the shift.
2. Collect all required reports pager and keys from housekeeping office at the beginning of the shift.
3. Prepare trolley for work.
4. Maintain clean and neat pantry and work area.
5. Check all vacant rooms and report any discrepancy and breakage and missing items and report accordingly.
6. Clean guest rooms corridors and service area according to required standards and designated priorities.
7. Take good care of all cleaning equipment and clean them after duty hours.
8. Make economical and proper use of cleaning agents and supplies.
9. Report guest complaints and maintenance problems to the Supervisor or housekeeping office.
10. Lost and Found items are to be handed to housekeeping office with all relevant details. Any Lost and Found is to be reported immediately.
11. Segregate all rubbish at compactor room before end of shift.
12. Return all reports pager and keys to housekeeping office at the end of a shift and inform floor supervisor.
13. Report any outstanding matter before signing off.
14. Any other duties assigned from time to time.

2. General Responsibilities

1. Promote efficiency confidence courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.
2. Promote and ensure good interdepartmental relations.
3. Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
4. Demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment and to upsell the product.
5. Adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.

5. HSE Responsibilities

1. Assists & takes part in environmental improvement programs which help to reduce, reuse & recycle air, water & energy resources by proper segregation of garbage.
2. Observe all safety & environmental rules and regulations and hygiene protocols at all times.
3. Report any unsafe condition or environmental issues to their Incharge/Foreman or Safety Personnel.
4. Comply with all the Rules and regulations implemented by the Hotel Authorities and ensure all works are carried out in a safe manner.
5. Use the appropriate personal protective equipment while carrying out their duties.

Competency:

• Education: Minimum level in English Communication.
• Experience: 1 to 2 Years in the Same Capacity.
• Skills: Pulling & Pushing, Good Communication & Team Player.

• Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
• Take ownership of guests' privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:
Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs being professional and welcoming.
Excellent organizational skills and time management.
