As we expand, we're looking for a motivated Part-Time Remote Recruiter to join our team and help us connect top talent with exciting opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and assess candidates using online platforms, social media, and other recruitment tools.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiation.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify the best candidates.
4. Utilize job boards, databases, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, MANATAL ATS) to attract top talent.
5. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
6. Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to team leaders.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online recruitment.

Key Skills:

1. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in online or remote recruiting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong knowledge of online recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
4. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (MANATAL experience is a plus).
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Experience recruiting in industries such as Automotive, Healthcare, IT, or Hospitality is an advantage.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on agency recruiting preferred.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
4. Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Tagalog) are a plus.
5. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
6. Preferred: Candidates with their own UAE visa.
