Remote (UAE) Recruitment Specialist job

MFIT Interiors is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist with proven experience in hiring across staff and labor categories. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of the end-to-end recruitment process, interviewing (online & offline), and negotiation strategies.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online and offline interviews for staff and labor recruitment
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Negotiate salary and employment terms effectively
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices
• Oversee orientation and induction programs for new hires
