Job Description

The IT Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of IT activities within an organization. They will manage IT projects, resources, and budgets, ensuring that technology solutions align with business goals. The IT Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations, managing IT staff, and providing support and guidance to end-users. They should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, and excellent project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives.
• Manage IT projects, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Oversee the day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support.
• Manage and mentor IT staff, including hiring and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology needs.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to drive business efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management and project management.
