Job description

We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about cooking and kitchenware appliances to join us.

Candidates must help customers identify, select, and purchase products they desire along with good customer service skills and soft skills. Duties include selling, cashiering, restocking, merchandising, housekeeping among others, executing to drive online sales that include onsite marketing/enhancements & promotions. The aim is to provide high-end customer service to increase the company's growth and revenue through up-selling/cross-selling. Skills needed include great communication, team playing, problem-solving, time management, and computer skills. Candidates must be willing to work under pressure and have outstanding planning & organization skills. Candidates must show flexibility in different schedules and locations and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage aspects of the user experience including updating site content, setting up and executing promotions, launching and activating products, and continuously optimizing site merchandising.
  2. Ensure the accuracy of merchandising, product information, promotions, and assets on the production site, consistently monitoring and checking everything is running smoothly.
  3. Work collaboratively across Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to ensure site business objectives and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  4. Consistently drive innovation and bring disruptive ideas: evaluate competitors, bring fresh content ideas.
  5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  6. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
  7. Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
  8. Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  9. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
  10. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
  11. Actively seek out customers in store.
  12. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  13. Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
  14. Cross-sell products.
  15. Handle returns of merchandise.
  16. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  17. Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  18. Comply with inventory control procedures.
  19. Housekeeping & Merchandising.
  20. Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design).
  21. Any other tasks are given by superior.

Requirements Sales Representative

  1. Work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role.
  2. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  3. Proficiency in English.
  4. Basic Math skills.
  5. Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  6. Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
  7. Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
  8. Familiarity with inventory procedures.
  9. Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
  11. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
  12. Availability to work flexible shifts and to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  14. Experience participating in strategy creation as well as tactical implementation. Previous success in managing high-volume campaign executions.
  15. Detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task and juggle shifting priorities.
  16. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
  17. Works well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  18. Must demonstrate sound decision-making and ability to react quickly under pressure.
  19. Self-Motivated & Team-Oriented: works well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
  20. Entrepreneurial and has a strong work ethic.
