We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about cooking and kitchenware appliances to join us.
Candidates must help customers identify, select, and purchase products they desire along with good customer service skills and soft skills. Duties include selling, cashiering, restocking, merchandising, housekeeping among others, executing to drive online sales that include onsite marketing/enhancements & promotions. The aim is to provide high-end customer service to increase the company's growth and revenue through up-selling/cross-selling. Skills needed include great communication, team playing, problem-solving, time management, and computer skills. Candidates must be willing to work under pressure and have outstanding planning & organization skills. Candidates must show flexibility in different schedules and locations and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Manage aspects of the user experience including updating site content, setting up and executing promotions, launching and activating products, and continuously optimizing site merchandising.
Ensure the accuracy of merchandising, product information, promotions, and assets on the production site, consistently monitoring and checking everything is running smoothly.
Work collaboratively across Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to ensure site business objectives and KPIs are consistently achieved.
