Role Overview

The Maintenance Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that our properties are in top condition. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, addressing guest service requests, and collaborating with the property management team to maintain a safe, attractive, and well-functioning environment.

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and resolve issues efficiently to meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and common areas to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report completed tasks to the property manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in preparing units for new residents by performing necessary repairs and touch-ups.
• Collaborate with contractors and other service providers as needed.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and request replacements as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Able to perform full property maintenance inspections.

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in property maintenance, general repairs, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment effectively and safely.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to be on-call for emergency repairs as needed.
• UAE Driving license and car.
