Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the roadmap for digital and e-commerce success across the agency—leading a team of specialists and growing a thriving business unit.
- Build long-term client partnerships, lead strategic conversations, and identify growth opportunities that elevate brand performance and agency reputation.
- Shape full-funnel commerce strategies—from digital shelf management and retail media to product launches, partnerships, and omnichannel excellence.
- Lead media and organic strategies that drive measurable results—sales growth, traffic, conversions, and brand equity.
- Oversee content plans and campaign execution across channels, ensuring creative output delivers on KPIs and audience engagement.
- Use data to measure what matters—optimizing campaigns, refining strategy, and driving ROI across every touchpoint.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in digital and e-commerce roles, with at least 3 years in senior leadership, ideally within a fast-paced agency or multi-brand environment.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms, growth strategies, digital merchandising, and D2C/retail channel dynamics.
- You combine big-picture thinking with a hands-on ability to execute across content, performance, media, and analytics.
- Skilled in relationship-building, communication, and presenting complex strategies with clarity and influence.
- Strong track record of delivering commercial results through data-driven digital marketing and growth strategies.
- A strong understanding of the regional digital ecosystem, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
- Experience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Instashop, and others.
