We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. 1. Responsible for regular budget and forecast reporting ensuring alignment across all company departments.
2. Assist in performing cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments for key projects and initiatives, delivering critical financial insights to guide business decisions and investments.
3. Manage the timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports from the controlling side, both internally and to headquarters. Monitor and manage operational expenses to optimize resource utilization.
4. Act as a proactive business partner by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across departments, providing financial guidance and support.
5. Evaluate departmental purchase requisitions to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget availability, addressing any open questions directly with the respective department and document controlling comments before final approval.
6. Perform a detailed review of pricing data managed by the Sales team before its release to the live system, ensuring compliance with the Pricing Directive from a controlling perspective.
7. Provide support to the Head of Controlling and CFO with ad hoc analysis and reporting, presentations preparation.

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Controlling or other relevant education.
• 3 years of work experience in financial controlling.
• International and automotive work experience is preferred.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), SAP.
• Strong interpersonal skills (communication and presentation).
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• High level of proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
