Roles and responsibilities

Job Role : Support in collecting Security Services financial data, conduct financial analysis, preparing financial models for new projects and capex feasibilities, and preparing analysis studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support in preparing Security Services financial models for new acquisitions, joint ventures, investment options, built to suit projects and business growth initiatives.
  2. Collect data and understand business requirements, support to design various financial dashboards and ensure maintain up-to-date financial analysis information.
  3. Conduct a monthly financial analysis that reflects company’s financial performance and identify future trends for the company.
  4. Research data, prepare a forecast study and assist in setting and monitoring company’s budget.
  5. Assist in implementing and updating the financial policies that may improve financial growth.
  6. Prepare reports that communicate Security Services financial status, cash collections, packs for actuals, and business performance reviews.
  7. Support in identifying risks associated with new business cases, investments and projects and implementing risk mitigation plans.

Educational and Technical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Chartered accountancy or suitable accounting qualification is preferred (CPA or CFA).

Language Skills:

  • Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage.

Years of Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Preferred experience with:

  • Financial modeling and forecasting software.
  • Budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Developing and delivering financial reports and presentations.
  • Experience in Ports and Marine business is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software.

Internal: Purpose of Interaction: Corporate Finance, Executives

To assist the Manager in planning and implementing financial strategies. Liaise with corporate finance by ensuring effective communication of financial and non-financial information.

External: Purpose of Interaction: Consultants, Customers, Vendors

• Participate in the process of building/reviewing models.

• Stay updated with latest financial tools and models.
