Roles and responsibilitiesJob Role : Support in collecting Security Services financial data, conduct financial analysis, preparing financial models for new projects and capex feasibilities, and preparing analysis studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in preparing Security Services financial models for new acquisitions, joint ventures, investment options, built to suit projects and business growth initiatives.
- Collect data and understand business requirements, support to design various financial dashboards and ensure maintain up-to-date financial analysis information.
- Conduct a monthly financial analysis that reflects company’s financial performance and identify future trends for the company.
- Research data, prepare a forecast study and assist in setting and monitoring company’s budget.
- Assist in implementing and updating the financial policies that may improve financial growth.
- Prepare reports that communicate Security Services financial status, cash collections, packs for actuals, and business performance reviews.
- Support in identifying risks associated with new business cases, investments and projects and implementing risk mitigation plans.
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Chartered accountancy or suitable accounting qualification is preferred (CPA or CFA).
Language Skills:
- Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage.
Years of Experience:
- A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred experience with:
- Financial modeling and forecasting software.
- Budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Developing and delivering financial reports and presentations.
- Experience in Ports and Marine business is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software.
