Job Description
Supervise electrical and instrumentation works, including cable pulling, termination, glanding, loop checking, and testing.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
Allocate work to technicians and monitor daily progress at the site.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other discipline leads.
Ensure proper use of tools, PPE, and adherence to HSE standards.
Prepare daily reports, permit-to-work (PTW) documentation, and inspection records.
Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and installation layouts.
Qualifications
Diploma / ITI in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in E&I works, preferably in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
Knowledge of hazardous area classification (ATEX / IEC standards).
Additional Information
Familiarity with PTW systems and safety procedures.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
