Key Responsibilities:
Perform minor periodic service maintenance as per MG guidelines and IEM SOP.
Repair or replace worn and faulty parts based on job orders.
Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on vehicles.
Utilize Vehicle Diagnostic Scanners (VDS) to read and erase faults.
Assist repair and diagnostic technicians as required.
Continuously learn new technical skills through training to stay updated on evolving automotive technology.
Maintain an inventory of standard technician tools.
Provide clear documentation of tasks performed, including safety-related concerns.
Clock in/out to assigned job orders following standard procedures.
Coordinate with the Workshop Controller on vehicle status and with the Parts Advisor for required components.
Follow superior instructions in alignment with company SOP.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
Ensure a clean, organized work area and proper maintenance of company assets.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Education: High diploma in Mechanics.
Experience: Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in a similar role.
Certification: Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certification is required.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
Software & Equipment Knowledge: Computer literacy and proficiency with telephone and computer systems are preferred.
