We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate is someone who is a native English speaker or has a high level of proficiency in English and is also an Indian national or has Indian origins. This position is full time with flexible hours. We are also open to considering suitable students for this role.
The Support Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of support operations, including customer service and technical support. They will ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner, as well as troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. The Support Manager will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction ratings and providing feedback on customer trends. Additionally, they will be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the support process.
