Reef Luxury Developments is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer CFD to contribute to the design and analysis of HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical systems in our luxury development projects. The candidate will be responsible for conducting Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations to optimize airflow, thermal comfort, and energy efficiency across high-end residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct CFD simulations for HVAC, fire safety, and ventilation systems to ensure optimal design and compliance with regulations.
• Analyze airflow, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics in luxury buildings to improve comfort and energy efficiency.
• Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to integrate CFD insights into project designs.
• Optimize chilled water, district cooling, and mechanical ventilation systems for performance and sustainability.
• Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations based on CFD analysis for stakeholders and regulatory approvals.
• Support R&D initiatives to enhance building performance through innovative mechanical engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, ASHRAE, and LEED standards for sustainable design.

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and CFD analysis, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Proficiency in CFD software (Ansys Fluent, OpenFOAM, Autodesk CFD, etc.) and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of HVAC, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and energy modeling.
• Familiarity with MEP systems, fire safety simulations, and wind analysis.
• Experience in sustainable building design and energy-efficient mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Certification in CFD simulation tools or LEED accreditation is a plus.
• Experience with BIM integration for CFD applications.
• Previous work on luxury real estate developments is an advantage.
