1. Review and analyze system specifications (BRS).
2. Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
3. Execute test cases and analyze results.
4. Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
5. Report bugs and errors to development teams.
6. Help troubleshoot issues.
7. Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing.
8. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

1. Extensive experience in a customer-focused role in a Payroll oriented environment.
2. Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
3. Experience in QA methodology.
4. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
5. Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
6. Working knowledge of test management software and SQL.
7. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
8. Strong organizational skills.
9. Knowledge of the Integrity Payroll / ESS Application software or similar.
10. Experience in a software support environment or similar.
11. Experience in the following: JIRA, Confluence, Cherwell, SQL Syntax.

The salary and package are commensurate with the role and experience.
