Assist in accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
Assist in yearly audits, tax filing, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IRAS, GST).
Manage monthly expense claims.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment tracking.
Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
Handle end-to-end HR matters for Singapore and overseas.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal files.
Provide general administrative support (office supplies, documents, filing).
Liaise with government bodies and external vendors when needed.
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in accounting and HR functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail, good time management, and able to multitask.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required for effective communication across regional teams.
