Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate with all section In-charges on day-to-day operations to carry out the required work processes for confirmed jobs.
Planning of all confirmed and upcoming jobs, including subcontracting process.
Provide a weekly update of jobs status, including expected completion dates.
Ensure work processes are duly completed in line with requirements stated for each job orders.
Ensure all documentation requirements are fulfilled.
Maintain and upkeep of workshop assets and facilities to prevent and minimize disruptions to operations.
Ensure necessary maintenance are planned and carried out for assets, such as machineries and equipment, etc.
All calibrations requirements (such as measuring equipment, etc.) are duly conducted and completed.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Min. 3 years of working experience in the production / manufacturing related field.
A team player that possesses good analytical and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Auto-Cad is an added advantage.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
