About the Role:

As a Quality Control Engineer, your primary responsibility will be ensuring that all products adhere to stringent industry and regulatory standards. • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Salary: $3,200 - $4,500 Monthly Basic

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Process Engineers and the Engineering team to ensure all quality control requirements are met.
• Implement Corrective Actions: Work with QA, Process, and Product teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Conduct Audits: Perform in-process and final quality control (FQC) audits to ensure product quality.
• Maintain Documentation: Develop and uphold detailed inspection criteria and quality plans to ensure compliance.

What They're Looking For:

• Education: Diploma in Manufacturing or Quality Engineering.
• Experience: At least 1 year in the electronics product manufacturing industry.

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA): Hands-on experience in quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Standards Knowledge: Solid understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 13485, 45001), FDA requirements, and IPC standards for PCB assembly.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with quality norms for plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to analyze quality data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
