Design components and assemblies with CAD software. Prepare engineering drawings and engineering bill of materials.
Analyse, design, develop, and maintain products and assist in their commercialization.
Review technical documentation including engineering specifications, drawings, calculation packs, bill of materials, guidelines, and repair procedures.
Check and approve drawings, information, and documentation that meet engineering standards to enable the manufacturing group and other departments to produce and market products.
Attend and initiate Design and Development Planning and Review sessions to meet customer and industry needs.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5 years of experience in mechanical engineering in Oil & Gas engineering or related fields, with at least 3 years of product design experience in Manufacturing/Oil & Gas industry.
Knowledge of API Standards and Monogram.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D design; familiarity with ProE/Creo, Solidworks, CATIA, NX, or similar CAD and FEA/CFD programs is preferred.
Good oral and written communication and presentation skills in English.
