What You’ll Do
The Consulting Technical Architect is a hands-on architect accountable for articulating, architecting & actively assisting with selling & delivery of Oracle Consulting’s service offerings around integrating the entire Oracle Cloud (& On-premise) Technology stack with the Business Requirements of our clients in order to deliver transformation. As a Consulting Solution Manager, you will:

• Own the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and coordinated business solutions. Anticipates project risks and suggest risk mitigation to project manager. Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products.
• Act as a recognized authority and leading contributor within the practice, this senior-level consulting professional has broad understanding of solutions, industry standard methodologies, multiple business processes or technology designs across multiple product/technology families.
• Assist in the growth and development of the digital (UX/DX) domain for consulting in ASEAN and SAGE. Provide hands-on leadership and direction, contributing to the growth of intellectual capital in the industry and supporting the development of other consultants through mentoring and/or coaching activities.
• Work directly with consulting sales to analyze customer business needs and carry a soft quota.
• Lead key projects delivery as the engagement lead and solution advisor.
• Conduct business case development, project and program management, business development, proposal writing and management.

Required Skills/Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Consulting (from leading Consulting company) and software industry specifically in Middleware with recent Cloud related experience.
• Experience leading key projects delivery as the solution architect, hands-on lead developer, and/or technical leader.
• Proven communicator, ability to motivate teams (both internal and external) and build alignment around goals and objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple delivery engagements.
• Experience in business case development, project and program management, business development, proposal writing and management.
• Hands-on development of deliverables utilizing formal structured methodology.
• Experience assisting in the growth and development of the PaaS and IaaS domain for Consulting and providing hands-on leadership and direction, contributing to the growth of intellectual capital in the industry and supporting the development of other consultants through mentoring and/or coaching activities.
• Experience in designing Custom Cloud applications or extensions around SaaS (ERP/HCM/CX/EPM).
• Experience with Middleware Technology, Security, and Java.
• Knowledge in Oracle RDBMS and related tools, GoldenGate, Enterprise Manager Suite.
• Knowledge in one or more Oracle Apps/SaaS as AppsTech: Oracle EBS, PSFT, Siebel, etc.

Good to have:

• Experience and understanding of Microservice architecture with containers such as Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience in DevOps Practice and tools such as Puppet, Ansible, etc.
• Knowledge in Mobile Application Development tools and architecture.
• Knowledge in NoSQL DB, Big Data architecture.
• Experience in Infrastructure Cloud like AWS, MS Azure.
• Experience in Platform Cloud like Mulesoft, Salesforce, IBM Cloud, etc.
