About the job:
The HR Operations Specialist role oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of HR systems, procedures and processes pertaining to employee lifecycle aspects such as benefits, payroll, leave administration, allowances and emoluments, employee records management and HR statutory and regulatory compliance, amongst other aspects, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services and processes. The role is responsible for ensuring that HR services are delivered in an efficient and responsive manner while adhering to data confidentiality and privacy guidelines and ensuring employee queries are addressed effectively.
