- Bachelor in Ag Science, Soil Science, or Agronomy.
- 5-10 years of experience practicing agronomy, with extensive exposure to product development processes.
- Advanced working knowledge in soil fertility, crop nutrition, and soil nutrients management.
- Proven expertise in a scientific discipline, preferably in soil science or chemistry, demonstrated through a doctoral degree and/or the publication of relevant scientific papers.
- Proven expertise in statistical analysis and using the appropriate methods and software.
- Excellent laboratory experience.
- Proficient in the development and adaptation of chemical analysis methods.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- High capability to learn and develop other employees.
- Ability to organize and carry out fertilizer research experiments.
