Business Unit Head – Flow Control

Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible & accountable for the bottomline profits & growing the business YOY
2. Working with Managers & employees within & building a dynamic team in the areas of sales, services, manufacturing and distribution
3. Ensure the growth of Division through developing & implementing effective strategic plans & expand business into identified areas.
4. Ensuring that each staff has clearly defined KPI’s which are effectively monitored & adhered to
5. Ensure that we have an active presence in trade shows & exhibitions & safety forums
6. Developing social media accounts & websites in conjunction with the marketing officer to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations

Competencies Required:

Qualification

Bachelor Degree (Preferable Management background)

Competence

Approximately 8-10 years of experience in Management in a similar field - Preferable – work experience in KSA / Gulf

Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on PR or corporate communications strategies to meet company objectives.
