1. 8+ years of solid experience as a Business Analyst within the banking domain
2. Proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide valuable insights
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, & team members
4. Proficiency in creating comprehensive and accurate documentation, including test cases & system enhancements
5. Understanding of current trends and technological advancements in IT automation

1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field
