In this Business Controller position:

• You will deliver operational plans to ensure that financial analysis, performance-related reporting, and relevant financial and/or non-financial information are provided accurately and as per timelines.
• You will contribute to the definition of the Controlling strategy including budgeting, financial planning, financial strategies for the business, and budgets.
• You will lead Controlling activities and initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning with significant impact on overall results and/or significant business risk potential and provide recommendations to senior management.
• You will ensure financial planning and analysis projects are conducted credibly with accurate and on-time recommendations and reports.
• You will develop and ensure implementation of Controlling and Budgeting policies, procedures, and methods related to the financial area, budgets, and general costs for preparation of statements necessary for budget control.
• You will develop and ensure implementation of Controlling systems and processes that reflect best practices and work across multiple business areas and countries.
• You will ensure functioning and contribute to development as per requirement of global reporting software (CREST).
• You will resolve complex issues related to Controlling such as adjusting for taxes, VAT, varying local legal requirements, etc.
• You will evaluate findings and advise on ongoing and future business activities with regard to profitability, financial risk, and implications, drawing on specialist colleagues as needed to highlight key issues.
• You will support creation, review, and follow-up on investments and business cases.
• You will analyze and recommend improvements and enhancements in existing Controlling processes, systems, techniques, and methods to enhance transparency and efficiency, e.g., through digitalization and automation.
• You will, where applicable (e.g., for ESG Controlling), ensure building up reporting processes, collection of data, and definition of KPIs.
