Title: Solutions Architect - Digital

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to help design, develop, and implement robust technology solutions that meet our business objectives. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring that the architecture of our IT systems supports our organizational goals while being scalable, secure, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Design: Architect and design end-to-end solutions that leverage modern technology to solve complex business problems.
2. Technology Selection: Analyze and select the best technological solutions and tools based on the organization's needs, considering factors like cost, scalability, and compatibility with existing systems.
3. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new applications with existing systems, including on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures.
4. Project Leadership: Lead solution architecture initiatives from conception through to implementation, including defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
5. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating business requirements into technical solutions and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
6. Security and Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies regarding security, privacy, and data protection.
7. Documentation: Produce high-quality documentation including architecture diagrams, system designs, and integration plans.
8. Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of enterprise systems to ensure they meet performance standards and SLAs.
9. Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the company's IT landscape.
10. Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. 10+ years experience.
3. Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of implemented solutions.
4. Deep understanding of various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps), system architecture, and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
5. Proficiency in system design, including data modeling, API design, and microservices architecture.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for thinking strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Experience with project management and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of multiple programming languages and databases.
2. Experience with big data technologies and AI/ML integrations.
3. Understanding of cybersecurity practices and disaster recovery planning.

Location: This role is based in Kingdom.
