Salary: SAR 30,000 – 40,000 per month

Location: Riyadh, KSA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect with a background in architecture and at least 15+ years of experience in complex design/architecture projects.

• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining an architectural perspective.
• Work closely with clients to understand their design brief and coordinate with external consultants.
• Prior experience working for client-side or international project management/consulting firms is essential.
• Engage with stakeholders effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report directly to the Design Director and Project Director of the program.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture is required.
• At least 15 years of experience in design or architecture, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex design projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure effectively.
