Responsibilities

• Create and deliver business value solutions by bringing innovation and differentiation to our customers to address business needs.
• Help sales force to be successful.
• Provide technical risk management on projects and complex opportunities.
• Collaborate and work closely with Global System Architects.
• Identify regional product gaps and enhancements to Global System Architects and Category Managers.
• Enhance technical skills through personal leadership, training, learning, and development to keep abreast and informed of our products, solutions, market, and technology evolution.
• Act as a technical trusted advisor who can provide solutions to inspire, inform, and support our sales force and customers.
• Identify and manage technical risk and opportunities.
• Enhance our solution offers by combining our products with new technologies to deliver business value.
• Drive Architect System Design, Implementation, and methodology.
• Strive for continuous improvement and technical learning to be that trusted advisor, coach, and mentor.
• Distribute, share, and expand knowledge among all regional and local System Architects.
• Collaborate and create close working relationships with relevant stakeholders in the country on pre-sales and project execution phases.
• Focus on areas that make commercial sense and can have the biggest impact and best chance of winning for the country.
• Create and apply innovative solutions by combining the latest technologies with our products to deliver differentiation and tangible value to our business and our customers.
• Provide risk management, create risk and opportunity registers, and perform GAP analysis.
• Provide technical backup, presales support, and product/solution demonstrations to our sales teams.
• Develop and validate the right design and specification working as consultants to support local Solution Architects.
• Assist in the creation of technical notes, lessons learned, white papers, and specification documents.
• Work closely and collaborate with the Engineering Centre of Excellence, Category Management, Product Support, Segment Solution Architects, EcoXpert Partners, Global account managers, country organization, technical, and sales.
• Promote and support the local region on utilizing software tools and assist in the development of application standards using scripting language to improve and drive Engineering efficiency and project delivery within the local region.
• Provide support and, in some cases, the deployment for Integrated and Enterprise-level solutions (Merging IOT and OT) using our BMS platform implementing cause and effect between systems, database conversions, deployment of specialist graphics, and web-based solutions.
• Create and apply Enterprise System integration architecture following guidelines and standards while fully quantifying associated risks.
• Design and apply security methodologies (e.g., Cybersecurity) to protect systems in order to assist with data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Provide technical design, support engineering, and deployment of bespoke complex integrated solutions.
• Provide support and program plans, including required resources (time, personnel, facilities, and equipment) to ensure critical complex issues and corrective actions are identified and followed through to successful completion.
• Work with customers and stakeholders in a highly charged and complex environment.
• Be highly adaptable, mobile, and able to multi-task several projects and support requests working in proactive and reactive mode as necessary.
• Understand codes and standards, governmental regulatory and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5 Years of Experience.
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• A System Expert with a deep understanding of the technical functionality of EcoStruxure Building Management.
• Technical expertise in at least one of the following - EcoStruxure Building Operation, Security Expert, Lighting/Room Automation Systems.
• Technical expertise on transitioning legacy systems to EcoStruxure.
• Technical expertise on Integration of third-party systems to EcoStruxure platform.
• Technical expertise in one or more specialist areas (e.g., HVAC, Security, Lighting, BMS, IT networking, Protocols, Programming, Enterprise Architectures, IT Security, Cybersecurity, IOT solutions, Transitions, Integration, etc).
