The role is responsible for assisting the IT head or team with the facilitation, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of each marketing project to meet business needs, while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, manage operational tasks, and effectively solve problems.
2. Contribute to the review, analysis, and verification of business and software requirements.
3. Provide guidance and direction to junior developers.
4. Conduct code reviews.
5. Communicate detailed design specifications to the development team.
6. Perform research and development to provide innovative solutions.
7. Develop detailed design and specifications for application components based on software requirements and acceptance criteria.
8. Support production issues, including on weekends if necessary.
9. Maintain and enhance various in-house applications.
10. Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies, industry trends, and standards.
11. Assist in preparing documentation and provide training to support teams and clients.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Self-motivated and proactive.
5. In-depth knowledge of design and development for web-based back-end software applications.
6. Strong understanding of API design, development, and integration.
7. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
8. Knowledge of web scraping and cryptocurrency is a plus.
