As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you likely have 7+ years of software development experience, working on projects from ideation to production. You're skilled in developing software on Javascript with moderate to deep knowledge of best practices and design patterns. You're also experienced in delivering project features independently, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with Software and Cloud Developers and Architects. The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients is essential for success in this position. In this role, travel or in-person work may be required depending on your client engagement or internal meetings/events.

Providing technical guidance, conducting insightful code reviews, and ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly from start to finish. In this role, your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients will be your superpower.

Key Responsibilities:

Coding & Development

1. Expert in Javascript & Typescript knowing the major frameworks and libraries for these.
2. Understands design patterns.
3. Proficient and capable in introducing and setting up CI/CD pipelines and applying DevSecOps best practices in AWS.
4. Creates deployment scripts to automate system deployment.
5. Contributes to delivering multiple feature implementations on client projects.

Teaming & Consulting

1. Communicates clearly and maintains professionalism with clients.
2. Participates in Agile ceremonies.
3. Foster a positive team atmosphere.

Quality & Testing

1. Develops and manages unit/integration tests and bug fixes.
2. Reviews code and enforces quality/design standards.

Solution Design

1. Proposes technical solutions and tools.
2. Analyzes system flows and improves distributed architectures.

Education and Years of Experience

1. Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent degree and/or experience.
2. 7+ years of software development experience.

3. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them in a client consulting context.
4. Frontend expertise at a Technical Lead level and BE experience.
5. Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize distributed cloud systems.
