Being part of the Marketplace team puts you at the heart of DiDi’s users and partners. As part of the broader marketplace team, our Incentive team is responsible for bringing new product features and solutions via incentive tools to improve engagement, retention, and pursuit efficiency of our engagement activities.

More specifically, the position will be responsible for building deep insights and understanding of the marketplace from a passenger and driver perspective, and bring solutions to those insights and opportunities generated.

• Demonstrating leadership in multi-skills projects and initiatives.
• Demonstrating strong analytical skills, data-driven solutions, and prioritization capabilities.
• Conducting constant data analysis to monitor day-to-day behavior of our marketplace balance and our competition.
• Generating initiatives to deliver growth and efficiency in the portfolio through operation tools and programs based on robust data analysis.
• Collaborating with several supporting areas like marketing, product, customer experience, and user research to place the user’s experience at the core of our decision-making.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, etc.
• Data-driven individual, focused on results with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (Mid/Advanced), SQL (Basic/Mid), Python (Nice to Have).
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to learn new things.
• Great attitude and hands-on approach.
