Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews: During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

Come Pharma Supply Chain Associate, avrai l'opportunità di contribuire alla realizzazione di progetti strategici legati alla Supply Chain e alla trasformazione digitale. Il tuo ruolo sarà essenziale per garantire il corretto allineamento tra flussi finanziari, sistemi di pianificazione e stakeholder aziendali. È richiesta la disponibilità a recarsi una volta a settimana presso la sede di Latina.

Your missions

1. Implementare nuovi flussi finanziari e di sistema.
2. Coordinare l'allineamento dei sistemi di pianificazione ai nuovi flussi e l'adeguamento della propagazione della domanda.
3. Gestire congiuntamente il piano di trasferimento con le funzioni Supply Chain e Demand Planning.
4. Supervisionare la gestione delle fasi phase-in e phase-out in più siti, garantendo la sincronizzazione delle attività.
5. Migliorare gli strumenti digitali per ottimizzare i processi e l'efficienza operativa.

1. Esperienza con software e strumenti digitali come SAP, Office 365, Power Apps e altri strumenti di analisi dati.
2. Conoscenza di metodologie di gestione dei progetti e capacità di analisi dati avanzata.
3. Esperienza di 3-5 anni nella Supply Chain nel settore Farmaceutico.
4. Capacità di utilizzare tecnologie emergenti (AI, Copilot) per ottimizzare i processi della Supply Chain.

1. Laurea in STEM, Supply Chain Management, Logistica, Business Administration o affini. Un Master è un plus.

2. Ottime competenze comunicative per interfacciarsi con stakeholder tecnici e non tecnici.
3. Problem-solving efficace per affrontare le sfide della Supply Chain.
4. Adattabilità e voglia di apprendere nuove tecnologie e metodologie.
5. Capacità di lavorare in team, ma anche di gestire progetti in autonomia.
