We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistic Specialist to support the logistics operations of our luxury train services. Reporting to the Logistic Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accurate stock management, and timely provisioning of our trains.

Key Responsibilities

· Receive, check, and organize incoming goods and supplies.

· Prepare and dispatch goods for train provisioning and other destinations.

· Support the daily operations of the central warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficiency.

· Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records.

· Collaborate with the logistics team to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.

· Assist in the coordination of laundry returns and supplies.

· Ensure compliance with internal procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.

· Operate handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.

• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally in the hospitality, luxury, or railway industry.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or stock control processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Basic English required; Italian is mandatory.
• Right to live and work in Italy without visa sponsorship.
