We are now looking for a Sales Expert to join our Sales Org. The position is an open-ended contract. The preferred location for the position is in Diano d’Alba, Italy.
The person will report to the Area Sales Manager, South Europe & Africa, part of the NACOS Sales dept.
What will you be doing
We are now looking for a Sales Expert to execute inquiries and orders as per customer requirements; process inquiries, quotations, and orders to network companies and external customers in order to reach quality, to find satisfactory solutions and cost targets in the defined area of responsibility.
This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
It also includes working and having interaction together with other colleagues part of the Sales Dept of NACOS business and other departments part of the Customer Delivery org. structure to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
For us to be the best match, we expect you to have understanding in cruise market and/or knowledge of the Automation system/Engine Room systems.
As Sales Expert your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Provides technical and administrative support to the sales team, assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and documentation while ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries and proposal requests.
- Responds to customer inquiries and provides information to assist with product selection and sales. Analyzes customer requirements and provides technical advice to meet their needs.
- Provides expert advice in the quotation process and assists in the development of solutions for customers to meet their needs, utilizing in-depth product knowledge. Participates in customer negotiations and preparation of quotations.
- Supports sales teams by generating and managing documentation including technical documents, contracts, and proposals. Maintains and updates sales records and customer information in the company database.
- Coordinates with various business units and functions to gather product information and specifications for sales proposals, to ensure smooth sales processes, and to ensure the availability and timely delivery of products and services.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of sales support materials, including presentations, product data sheets, and case studies.
- Analyzes customer requirements and feedback to contribute to the improvement of sales tactics and processes. Contributes to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and tools.
- Manage CRM and lead the handover process from Sales to Operation.
