Biomicrogel Group is an innovative company established in 2012 by a team of engineers who developed a unique technology for cleaning water and hard surfaces from any types of oils, petroleum products, and integrated pollutions.

Our team was the first in the world to take the reversible solubility principle of natural polymers used in the medical pharmaceutical industry for the microencapsulation and transportation of medical drugs in the human body and apply it to water treatment and the cleaning hard surfaces in industry. Our products are also used in the palm oil extraction process.

Due to the active growth and development of the company, we are looking for a Technology Engineer (Mill assistant/mill manager) with experience in palm oil industry/water waste management/water treatment.

1. Control industrial tests at palm oil mill (customers).
2. Coordinate and write technical documentation and training materials on technology and products implementation.
3. Educate distributor's engineer to proceed laboratory and industrial tests.
4. Conduct laboratory tests, tests data collecting and analyzing, test results presentation.
5. Sales support in technical questions.
6. Advising clients on technical issues.

1. Engineering education.
2. Experience in palm oil industry (at mills), water waste management, water treatment.
3. Working with equipment.
4. Must know palm oil mill production process.
5. Developed technical skills and an engineering mindset, the ability to analyze a large amount of numerical information, draw conclusions and make suggestions.
6. Developed communication skills. Proactive. Presentation skills.
7. Speak Malay and Bahasa Indonesia, and English.
8. Readiness for frequent business trips (60 - 70% of working time - business trips).
