Role Summary:

Trainees work under the supervision of an experienced manager or team leader who are responsible for their on-the-job training and learning. They receive basic training in a variety of identified areas by the managers.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

1. Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Finance/ Accounting, Operations, Commercial and Continuous Improvement.
2. Assist in administrative or production tasks that are assigned.
3. Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices.
4. Communicate with Managers and other members of staff to ensure a smooth running of the project.
5. Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration or other related fields.
2. Master's Degree is an advantage.
3. 1-2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role is preferred.
4. Willing to relocate to the job location.
5. Willing to travel within operational sites.
6. Good command in English (both written & verbal).
