About the Role

Ready to take your engineering career beyond the screen?

We’re looking for a Passionate, Communicative, and Client-Facing hands-on Integration Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team at Topsort!

This is not just another engineering role—here, you’ll have the opportunity to take full ownership of integrations, working directly with APAC customers to shape how our cutting-edge retail media API solutions seamlessly connect with the world’s leading retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own the entire integration process – You won’t just be following instructions; you’ll be leading integrations end-to-end, solving complex challenges, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to our clients.
2. Be the bridge between tech & customer success – Work directly with clients, engineers, and product teams to deeply understand their needs and ensure seamless API integrations.
3. Solve real-world challenges with agility – Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for top-tier retailers and marketplaces.
4. Build stronger client relationships – You’ll be the face of our engineering team in APAC, helping customers navigate their integration journey.
5. Experience the world – This role comes with international travel opportunities, allowing you to work directly with global clients.
6. Build smarter tools & automation – Develop internal tools and frameworks to streamline integrations.

Requirements

1. Degree – Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Industry Experience – 3+ years in software development, managing integrations, APIs, system interoperability, or ad tech.
3. API Expertise – Strong experience with RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth), and data formats (JSON, XML).
4. Integration Development – Expertise in building integration tools and APIs.
5. CRM & Platforms – Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
6. Language Proficiency – Fluency in English required.
7. Communication & Stakeholder Management – Strong ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
8. Agility & Adaptability – Highly agile and adaptable.
9. Creativity & Problem-Solving – A creative thinker with a solution-driven mindset.
10. Project Management – Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
11. Collaboration & Leadership – Comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams.
