Building Services Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
2. Assist in discharging operation, maintenance, and project for all E&M, ELV systems and technical administration work
3. Assist in monitoring and reporting the performance of the building contractors and prepare O&M manuals/check sheets, licenses/certificates, and exam reports compliant with statutory requirements
4. Ensure and maintain the daily operation mechanism work efficiently and cost-effectively as well as up to company high standards
5. Provide all necessary engineering support and instructions to in-house maintenance personnel across departments and event organizers and exhibitors on job training
6. Supervise and manage the on-site building services team
7. Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

1. Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering disciplines
2. Minimum 5 years operation, maintenance, and A&A work experience in E&M, MVAC, Electrical, BMS & ELV systems with at least 2 years at a supervisory level
3. A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-initiative and able to work under pressure
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
