Manage and maintain the Company’s security standards to protect life and property for all the events/functions occurring in the Company.
Lead the Duty Team to ensure its performance up to the Company Standard and in-line with the set key performance indicators.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures relevant to the Operations Duty Team & Security Control Room for each role and job duties.
Responsible for the standard of performance and discipline of the Operations Duty Team, Security Control Room, and security service provider.
Ensure facilities inspection is conducted effectively and liaise with the Facilities Management Department to rectify defects.
Responsible for managing staff, vehicles, and contractor’s/services provider’s access control.
Report any security incidents, identifying root causes, and ensure emergency management meets the Company Standard.
Plan and arrange related emergency drills and exercises such as Fire and Bomb Threat for the Operations Duty Team.
Coordinate and liaise with Airport Authority, Tsing Ma Control Area, MTRC, and relevant Government Departments on traffic, special parking arrangements, temporary carpark, roadworks, marshalling area, and temporary traffic arrangements related to day-to-day and event/function operations.
Responsible for internal training for each role and job duties for both Operations Duty Team and Security Control Room staff.
Review briefing material and operations instruction for security operations to ensure clarity and effectiveness in delivery.
Responsible for quality control and inspection of security personnel provided by the service provider to ensure they meet the agreed Key Performance Indicators.
Ensure house rules are up-to-date and properly executed in public circulation areas and back of house areas.
Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of security management experience in a sizable organization or hospitality industry, with at least 5 years at managerial level; experience in disciplined forces is an advantage.
Ability to develop and justify event/function deployment plans and crowd management plans.
Ability to analyze and present facts and recommendations with sound judgment.
Independent, self-motivated, attentive to detail, systematic thinking; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; able to work with people at all levels with professionalism and respect, emphasizing client-centered service.
Knowledge of local regulatory and legal requirements is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Shift duty is required, and having a valid driving license is an advantage.
Excellent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
