This job will be primarily between both Cambridge and Burlington, MA sites. Onboarding may be done at a combination of both sites, before default schedule is determined. Default schedule may be a combination of both sites or more of 1 site (Ex. three days at Cambridge, and two days at Burlington or vice versa). Subject to where candidate resides and Client needs.
Ideal candidate would reside in Burlington or close vicinity.

The role requires the ability to work on-site, for which we offer support with parking, transportation costs, and T fees. We are looking for someone with a foundation in troubleshooting basic computer and server issues demonstrated through education, work experience, or certification. Ideal candidate must be flexible, learn quickly, and have strong interpersonal skills to deliver the customer service expected of our MSP delivery model.
