As Head of Corporate Accounting, you will be working in a fast-paced Finance department, leading a small team to deliver financial reporting for the global partnership group.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership - direct and manage the Corporate Accounting team, ensuring appropriate support, learning, and development.
  • Financial Reporting - oversee day-to-day financial operations of the group including monthly board reporting. Maintain robust financial systems and effective internal controls.
  • Treasury - manage the cashflow needs of each entity, including currency exposure.
  • FP&A - prepare annual group budgets, provide variance analysis.
  • Compliance - ensure adherence to all regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Stakeholder Management - develop strong relationships with external auditors, bankers, other advisors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with senior-level experience.
  • Sound understanding of management company partnership structures, transfer pricing methodology, group consolidations, and cost centres.
  • Detailed knowledge of AIFM regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite (or similar system) and the ability to work with large data sets. Knowledge of process design and project management tools.
  • Displays and operates at the highest degree of ethics and integrity.
