6. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and local policies.

1. Full membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) is essential.
2. Proven experience in town planning within a consultancy or local authority setting.
3. Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
6. Proficient in using planning software and tools.
