Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Production Planner for our client in Somerset, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3PM
  • Monday - Friday

Pay Rate:

  • $17+ / hour

Job Summary:

The Production Planner is responsible for coordinating material flow, optimizing production schedules, and ensuring efficient inventory planning. This role requires strong planning skills, KPI tracking, and familiarity with WMS NetSuite and SNAP Fulfillment to support seamless operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule materials to meet production demands.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock levels.
  • Analyze KPIs to improve efficiency and workflow.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize material allocation.
  • Maintain accurate data in WMS NetSuite, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.

Job Requirements:

  • MUST be bilingual in English AND Spanish
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, SNAP Fulfillment, and WMS NetSuite.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
