Senior Compliance Manager – Insurance

Location: London, UK (Hybrid – Minimum 2 days per week)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits

The Role

As a Senior Compliance Manager in the Insurance team, you will:

• Regulatory Compliance: Apply FCA and PRA rules, including ICOBS and SYSC, to ensure clients meet their obligations.
• Client Delivery: Conduct audits, provide strategic compliance advice, and oversee multiple client projects.
• Business Development: Support revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and promoting consultancy services.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior compliance professionals while ensuring top-tier client service.

About You

• Strong Insurance Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of FCA rules and the operational workings of the insurance market.
• Consultancy Experience: Ability to advise clients at a senior level.
• Project Management Skills: Comfortable overseeing multiple compliance projects and regulatory changes.
• Commercial Mindset: Experience in business development, client engagement, and public speaking is a plus.
