A stand alone generalist HR role for approx 100 employees
Site based in Huddersfield reporting into the Managing Director.
About Our Client
Our client is a growing Manufacturing company with approx 100 employees onsite in Huddersfield.
Job Description
- Partner with the Directors.
- Manage employee relations casework D&G, sickness, performance management.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Manage and process HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and amendments.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support and advise managers on HR policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
- Senior stakeholder management with the ability to challenge.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Manage and develop HR processes, policies, and procedures.
- HR Administration including contracts of employment.
- Recruitment and Training.
