We have an exciting opportunity for a registered mental health professional (nursing, occupational therapy or social work) to join the Maidstone Mental Health Together Plus as an Operational Team Manager.
Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and leadership of the Maidstone Mental Health Together Plus Team. You will manage a team of clinical staff and be responsible for supporting individuals to reach their potential and to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care.
As Team Manager, you will work collaboratively as part of a dynamic leadership team within the new transformational model and be accountable for the team's performance and operational delivery of safe and effective care in the new integrated Community Services.
The ideal applicant will have experience of working as a band 6 or band 7 practitioner in a community mental health service. You will have a good understanding of the health and social needs. You’ll also have supervisory and leadership experience.
