The students therefore need an Intervention and Pastoral Assistant who will be dedicated to being a consistent role model, committed to building strong relationships, empathetic, and up for a challenge! The ideal candidate must be open-minded, resilient, and knowledgeable about mental health. The perfect candidate will have experience with SEN children and/or adults in any setting. Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or Counseling would also be perfect for this position.
