We are looking for someone with significant experience of clinical Pharmacy who wants to pass on their experience by training and developing our team, in particular foundation and early career pharmacists. Being out on the wards with Pharmacists helping them to deliver a Pharmacy service that is high quality, safe, and improve patient outcomes. We are willing to discuss progressional positions (Band 7 to 8a) for those candidates with less experience than desired for the post.
We need someone who will be a role model for pharmacy, having strong leadership, organisational and training / coaching skills.
A relocation package of up to £8000 is available for those relocating to the area (please contact us for more details).
You will also undertake other duties expected of Senior Pharmacists such as providing clinical, professional and mentoring support to our junior pharmacists and ward-based technicians to deliver a smooth service for patients, including a small proportion of your time providing a clinical service.
